The SZL biomass boiler series and DZL series triple-drum non-coking steam boilers collectively demonstrate the cost-reducing capabilities of biomass thermal equipment. The SZL series, featuring a furnace with tightly arranged water-cooled wall tubes and advanced control systems, achieves a thermal efficiency exceeding 86%, with fully automated fuel supply, ash and slag removal, catering to various biomass pellet types, effectively reducing fuel procurement and manpower costs. The DZL series, with innovative triple-drum structure and online ash cleaning device, operates self-cleaning, maintenance-free, with a measured thermal efficiency of 88%, exceeding the industry average by 10%. Calculated based on a 6500-hour annual operation for a 10-ton boiler, the DZL series saves approximately 1 million fuel costs per year compared to conventional boilers, and if replacing a gas boiler, could save up to 3-4 million annually, significantly enhancing economic benefits for enterprises.
